ProPokerSpace.com is an online network which allows members to create individual profiles which may be linked with other members to create a dynamic grouping of friends. Members can create profiles setting out their interests, view the profiles of other members, communicate with other members, and post personal photos and commentaries. In order for the network to function, personal information is requested when new members join, and some of this information is displayed to other members and visitors, allowing people to identify one another and to grow their network of friends. Members can change the details in their profiles at any time and control how others communicate with them. Security
Your account is secured by a password created by you. We take reasonable precautions to ensure that this information is kept private, and we restrict access to stored user data so that only those who need to access it may do so, such as technical or customer service personnel. However, we cannot guarantee the security of user information against unauthorized entry or use, software or hardware failure, or other factors which may compromise security at any time. Use of Cookies

Please note that when you post public information in blogs, message boards, or on any public forums at ProPokerSpace.com the information can be viewed by the general public, who could use it to send you communications which you have not requested.
Collection and Use of Information
ProPokerSpace.com requests information provided by users, such as name, age, and email address, in order to verify members and to send them notices about the network. In addition, personal profile data such as interests, occupation, education, and gender are requested, to assist members in locating and communicating with other members. Information which is not personally identifiable is also logged from users and visitors to the ProPokerSpace website, such as IP address, browser type, profile particulars, and aggregate user data, in order to assist us in better managing the website and improving the services that we offer. IP addresses are also logged for security and monitoring purposes. Information which is not personally identifiable may be disclosed to third-party services, to enable us to provide members with more useful services and more relevant advertising.

Email addresses are utilized to invite prospective new members to ProPokerSpace.com, to add them to a member’s personal network, and to send service notices, and for no other purpose. Email addresses are not displayed to people within a member’s network, and are not shared with other members. Members communicate with one another within ProPokerSpace.com by using the ProPokerSpace network service, which does not reveal member email addresses. In addition, a member’s complete name is never directly revealed to other members by the ProPokerSpace.com service. However, searching for other members is possible by using a member’s first name, last name, email address, and other searchable identifiers and interests.
ProPokerSpace.com may directly or through service partners offer contests or promotions, which may request members to provide personal details such as their name, address, email address, and other particulars in order to become a participant. If you have asked to receive information from any service partners, then we are authorized to transfer personal information to them. It will be made clear at the time of collection both who is collecting the personal information, and whose privacy statement applies.
From time to time we may send service updates or newsletters to a member’s email address. Members may choose to not receive such communications by changing their Account Settings so that the “notification” feature is turned off.
Communications to Non-Members
Members are able to invite friends to join ProPokerSpace.com by using our automated email invitation system. We retain email addresses supplied by members so that recipients can be added to the list of friends for the member sending the invitation, and we may also use them to send reminder invitations. We do not sell such email addresses, or use them for sending other communications. Persons receiving an invitation from ProPokerSpace.com may contact us and ask to be removed from our database. Members may be able to store email addresses of friends in their internal address book at ProPokerSpace.com, and to send communications to such addresses.
If you wish to prevent messages from being sent to you, simply send a single email to Greektycoon@comcast.net with the word “BLOCK” in the subject line, and we will block the account from which we receive the email.
Third-Party Advertising
The advertising which appears on ProPokerSpace.com may by delivered by us or by one of our advertising partners, who may use cookies. Such cookies enable the ad server to identify your computer each time you receive an ad, allowing them to compile information about where the ad was seen and whether it was clicked on. This permits advertisers to target those ads which they feel would be of greatest interest to you. Our privacy policy does not cover use of cookies by such third-party advertisers.

ProPokerSpace.com contains hyperlinks to other web sites, and we are not responsible for the privacy or other policies and practices of such other sites. When utilizing such a hyperlink, please refer to the privacy and other policies followed by that site. Our privacy policy only refers with information collected on ProPokerSpace.com.
Opting-Out of Notifications
If you choose not to receive email notices or updates, you may do so by checking “Do not send email notifications” in your account settings. If you choose not to receive email newsletters, you may do so by checking “Do not send email newsletters” in your account settings. All ProPokerSpace.com email notices and newsletters include these instructions for opting-out in the future.
Disclosure of Collected Information
Other than as referred to in this privacy statement, we will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we consider it necessary for any of the following reasons: (1) in order to comply with any legal requirements, including responding to a subpoena or search warrant, or other legal process served upon ProPokerSpace.com, whether a response is required by law or not; (2) to enforce our Terms of Use Agreement, or to protect our rights; or, (3) to protect the safety of members of the public or users of our service. Privacy Policy Changes
We may from time to time make changes to our privacy policy. Any such changes will be posted on the ProPokerSpace.com web site, so that users will always be aware of what information we collect, and how it may be used and disclosed. Users are bound by minor changes to our privacy policy when they use the web site after those changes have been posted.
